We want to be mindful of the health and well-being of our staff, our members, our community, and heed health officials’ warnings to prevent further spread of this virus. We strongly encourage you to use Focus Federal Credit Union’s digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. This is a safe and secure way to:

To enroll, go to the app store and download the Focus FCU Mobile App or go to our homepage and click on “My Account/First Time User.”
Most of our accounts and loans can be established or maintenance performed through our website, online applications, or over the phone. We encourage you to use one of these options prior to requesting an appointment. We will gladly assist you in-person should you feel your situation warrants additional attention. We ask that in-person visits be limited to essential persons involved in the transaction and no additional guests.
