We Are Open
Starting June 15th, all lobbies will be open at all branch locations, with limited access.
We are excited to be able to serve you again in all our branches! However, we will be limiting the number of people in each branch at one time. Please note, that our drive-thrus are still open for your convenience with additional services.
We have taken additional sanitation steps to keep our members safe such as:
- We will Disinfect and clean after every member
- Provide touchless hand sanitizer pumps
- Have partitions at each teller window
We strongly encourage you to use Focus Federal Credit Union’s digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. This is a safe and secure way to:
- Access your accounts
- Apply for a loan or open an account
- Deposit checks
- Make payments
- Transfer funds
- Access e-statements
- Pay bills
- And much more
To enroll, go to the app store and download the Focus FCU Mobile App or go to our homepage and click on “My Account/First Time User.”
Most of our accounts and loans can be established or maintenance performed through our website, online applications, or over the phone. We encourage you to use one of these options prior to requesting an appointment. We will gladly assist you in-person should you feel your situation warrants additional attention. We ask that in-person visits be limited to essential persons involved in the transaction and no additional guests.
