Introducing MasterCard Rewards!
Our Focus Platinum and Classic MasterCards earn reward points for everyday purchases such as gas, groceries, and goodies! Points can be redeemed for travel rewards, gift cards, merchandise, or cash back.
How to Earn Reward Points
Points are earned for each qualifying purchase made using your Focus MasterCard. You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
How to Redeem Reward Points
Reward points can be redeemed through “Card Rewards” which can be accessed through your home banking or mobile banking log in.
Participants needing assistance or have questions can call (855) 590-0732 between the hours of 8am and 8pm CST Monday through Friday.
Reward Point Management
Participants can view activity and manage their points through the “Card Rewards” link under their online banking log in.
Participants will receive an Awards statement emailed to them on the first day of the month to help them track points and view activity.
Reward points will expire after 36 months. Participants are notified of expiring points through the “Card Rewards” link and through their monthly Awards statements.
