EXPERIENCE

This position requires at least 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience. Must be sales and member service oriented.

EDUCATION

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

WAGE

$10.50 /hour

BRANCH MANAGER AT NW BRANCH LOCATION

Full-time

An established history of successfully leading a team of sales professionals in a financial institution or retail sales environment
A minimum of 2-5 years of financial services experience
Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills
 Directly work with members to uncover and satisfy their financial needs.
Continually improved banking center performance, operational excellence, and associate proficiency
Cross-sell products and services to member and manage overall aspects of running an efficient and productive branch.
Create new business through outbound calling and visits in the surrounding market of the branch
Required to process loan requests/applications and submit to underwriting for credit decisions
Responsible for implementing and monitoring the budget for the branch.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have an established history of successfully leading a team of sales professionals in a financial institution environment.  This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years of financial services experience.  Leadership and coaching and strong sales skills are required.

EDUCATION

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and frequently is required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; kneel or crouch while filing and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 52 pounds, may also include lifting overhead. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

WAGE

$40,000.00 to $50,000.00 yearly salary
