Important Dates

• Wednesday, March 27th
  • Debit cards, online banking, and the website will be unavailable for our conversion.
• Monday, April 1st 
  • The SSMOKE branch will be closed for the conversion. However, all other Focus FCU branches will be open to serve you. All services will be back online and functional so you can; log in to online banking, utilize your new account, and check out all of the new benefits that come with your Focus Federal Credit Union membership! Make sure to set up recurring debits using your new account number or debit card for a seamless transition.
• Tuesday, April 2nd
  • Welcome to Focus Federal Credit Union! The SSMOKE branch location will be open to serve you.

Upcoming Changes

• Account Information
  • Your account information, including your account number, will be changing. Your account information for automatic payment and direct deposit will be mailed to you. If you haven’t received it, we may not have up-to-date information on file for you. To update your information, please fill out an address change form here. 
• Online Banking
  • Your online banking access through SSMOKE will end on Friday, March 29th. You can easily register for online banking access with your new Focus FCU credentials on April 1st, 2024 at www.focusok.com.
• Debit Cards
  • If you already have a debit card through SSMOKE, you will receive your new Focus FCU debit card in the mail by Monday, April 1st. Your current SSMOKE card will be inactive starting on Wednesday, March 27th.
• Account Types
  • Your membership accounts through Focus FCU will resemble your current SSMOKE account but with additional benefits! Visit our website for current types and benefits.
• Direct Deposit & Automatic Withdrawals
  • Direct deposits will automatically be updated to post as usual to your new Focus FCU account after the merger. Automatic withdrawals will be posted to your SSMOKE account until April 1st. After the 1st, you will need to set up your automatic withdrawals using your new Focus FCU account information.
• ATM Access
  • Enjoy access to thousands of surcharge-free ATM’s through the transfund network. You can find ATM locations at www.transfund.com/locations.
• Credit Union Service Centers
  • Looking for more locations or extended hours? Utilize one of our convenient locations for withdrawals, deposits, and extended hours. Locations can be found by clicking here.
